How to Eliminate Dry Skin Naturally

Everyone wants smooth, glowing beautiful skin! How many of us can say that we actually posses it? Can Antioxidants Slow Down the Aging Process

There are many theories about how and why we age.One prominent theory is that free radicals cause enormous damage to your cells and this causes your body to age.

We can’t avoid free radicals. When your body burns food for energy it produces harmful byproducts. These by products are called free radicals. Free radicals have an extra electron. They are extremely unstable and react with oxygen to cause oxidation.
